中國化學(xué)會(huì)色譜專業(yè)委員會(huì)、南方科技大學(xué)、中科院大連化學(xué)物理研究所將于2021年10月22日在深圳維納斯皇家酒店聯(lián)合舉辦“會(huì)前技術(shù)交流及培訓(xùn)會(huì)”。授課專家分別來自中科院大連化學(xué)物理研究所、西湖大學(xué)、中科院計(jì)算所、廈門大學(xué)、澳門大學(xué)、美國密歇根州立大學(xué)（Michigan State University）、加拿大麥克馬斯特大學(xué)（McMaster University）以及來自賽默飛世爾（Thermo Fisher）、SCIEX、中科新生命等。培訓(xùn)內(nèi)容精選國內(nèi)外臨床蛋白質(zhì)組學(xué)和代謝組學(xué)相關(guān)的各種實(shí)用性方法，包括樣本制備、質(zhì)譜數(shù)據(jù)采集、質(zhì)譜原始數(shù)據(jù)分析、質(zhì)譜數(shù)據(jù)生物信息學(xué)分析、臨床隊(duì)列設(shè)計(jì)等。謹(jǐn)此敦請，恭候來儀！

孫良亮 Assistant Professor, Michigan State University

擬定報(bào)告題目：毛細(xì)管電泳與質(zhì)譜聯(lián)用-Capillary Electrophoresis Mass Spectrometry: Past, Current, and Future

 

Dr. Liangliang Sun is an Associate Professor of Chemistry at Michigan State University. He joined MSU in 2016. Before that, he worked with Prof. Norman Dovichi at the University of Notre Dame as a postdoctoral fellow and later a Research Assistant Professor (2011-2016). He received his Ph.D. degree in Analytical Chemistry in 2011 from Dalian Institute of Chemical Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, advised by Profs. Yukui Zhang and Lihua Zhang. The Sun group at MSU aims to develop novel analytical methodologies based on capillary electrophoresis-mass spectrometry (CE-MS) for multi-level proteomics with high throughput, high sensitivity, and single-cell resolution. He has published over 100 peer-reviewed papers with over 2300 citations (Web of Science). He has received several awards, including Emerging Investigator by the Journal of the American Society for Mass Spectrometry and Analytical Methods, the National Science Foundation CAREER AWARD, the Rising Star in Proteomics and Metabolomics by the Journal of Proteome Research, top 2% of analytical chemists according to the citation impact during the single calendar year of 2019 (PLoS Biol, 2020), and the Thermo Fisher Scientific Early Career Award for breakthrough research advancing the field of Microscale Separations and Bioanalysis by the 37th International Symposium on Microscale Separations and Bioanalysis (MSB 2021).

 

 

陸宇 Assistant Professor, McMaster University

擬定報(bào)告題目：超高靈敏度蛋白質(zhì)組學(xué)分析-Enhancing Sample Recovery and Multiplexity for Quantitative Nanoproteomics

 

Dr. Yu Lu’s research program is divided into two main areas of focus: proteomics and stem cell biology. Using high-sensitivity proteomics methodology developed in-house, the Lu lab is seeking to understand post-transcriptional, translational, and post-translational regulation of stem cells within the context of certain neurodegenerative diseases as well as cancers. More specifically, the Lu Lab is currently interested in developing proteomics methods to understand the RNA splicing regulation during the stem cell differentiation process and in cellular models of neurodegenerative diseases.

2011年香港浸會(huì)大學(xué)化學(xué)系博士畢業(yè)，曾就職于上海交通大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院和上海市第六人民醫(yī)院?，F(xiàn)任廈門大學(xué)生命科學(xué)學(xué)院教授，代謝組學(xué)與細(xì)胞代謝課題組組長。獨(dú)立建組兩年多，已在National Science Review、 Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy、Nature Communications、Cancer Research等雜志發(fā)表共同通訊作者研究論文六篇。本課題組強(qiáng)調(diào)“通百藝，專一長”，整合數(shù)學(xué)、化學(xué)和生物醫(yī)學(xué)等學(xué)科的知識(shí)和技術(shù)，開展代謝組學(xué)和細(xì)胞代謝研究。學(xué)術(shù)兼職包括中國生物物理學(xué)會(huì)代謝組學(xué)分會(huì)理事，中國細(xì)胞生物學(xué)會(huì)細(xì)胞代謝分會(huì)理事，中國抗癌協(xié)會(huì)腫瘤標(biāo)志物委員會(huì)青年委員，中國化學(xué)會(huì)和中國質(zhì)譜學(xué)會(huì)會(huì)員，Journal of Analysis and Testing青年編委和客座編輯。

西湖大學(xué)特聘研究員、博士生導(dǎo)師，西湖大學(xué)蛋白質(zhì)組大數(shù)據(jù)實(shí)驗(yàn)室負(fù)責(zé)人，西湖實(shí)驗(yàn)室 iMarker Lab 主任。2006年畢業(yè)于華中科技大學(xué)同濟(jì)醫(yī)學(xué)院臨床醫(yī)學(xué)七年制，同時(shí)獲得武漢大學(xué)生物科學(xué)雙學(xué)位。2012年獲得新加坡南洋理工大學(xué)博士學(xué)位。2012-2017年在瑞士蘇黎世聯(lián)邦理工大學(xué)Ruedi Aebersold教授實(shí)驗(yàn)室從事博士后研究。2017年初在澳大利亞悉尼大學(xué)兒童醫(yī)學(xué)研究所ProCan任Scientific Director，腫瘤蛋白質(zhì)組Group Leader，悉尼大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院兼聘高級(jí)講師。2017年8月加入西湖高等研究院任特聘研究員。長期從事蛋白質(zhì)組學(xué)相關(guān)研究，并將其應(yīng)用于大量的臨床樣本（包括甲狀腺癌、前列腺癌等），結(jié)合人工智能探索生物標(biāo)志物。更多信息請參考www.guomics.com。

中國科學(xué)院計(jì)算技術(shù)研究所副研究員，博士生導(dǎo)師，曾獲中科院院長特別獎(jiǎng)，中科院計(jì)算所“卓越之星”，中國計(jì)算機(jī)學(xué)會(huì)技術(shù)發(fā)明一等獎(jiǎng)。遲浩博士2013年畢業(yè)于中科院計(jì)算所，在攻讀博士學(xué)位及工作期間一直致力于蛋白質(zhì)組海量質(zhì)譜數(shù)據(jù)的深度解析研究并持續(xù)取得新突破，設(shè)計(jì)并實(shí)現(xiàn)了具有完全自主知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)和國際競爭力的規(guī)?；瘮?shù)據(jù)庫搜索軟件pFind和從頭測序軟件pNovo，眾多關(guān)鍵指標(biāo)超越領(lǐng)域同類軟件，相關(guān)文章發(fā)表在Nature Biotechnology、Molecular & Cellular Proteomics和Bioinformatics等期刊，同時(shí)有15項(xiàng)發(fā)明專利獲得授權(quán)。pFind和pNovo國內(nèi)外注冊下載近4,000次，遍及六大洲，助力國內(nèi)外同行發(fā)表百余項(xiàng)科研成果。

 

 

李紹平 教授 澳門大學(xué)

中藥質(zhì)量研究國家重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室（澳門大學(xué)）副主任。美國藥典USP-HMC東亞專家委員會(huì)委員、美國草藥典顧問、中國藥典委員，Journal of Pharmaceutical and Biomedical Analysis、International Journal of Analytical Chemistry、Frontiers in Pharmacology、Chinese Medicine、《藥物分析雜志》和《中國現(xiàn)代應(yīng)用藥學(xué)雜志》（副）主編等。主要從事中藥質(zhì)量控制與活性成分研究，先后主持國家重點(diǎn)研發(fā)計(jì)劃、澳門科技發(fā)展基金重點(diǎn)研發(fā)資助計(jì)劃、廣東省重點(diǎn)領(lǐng)域研發(fā)計(jì)劃、國家自然科學(xué)基金等科研項(xiàng)目。發(fā)表論文300多篇，主（副）編中、英文專著6部，參編英文專著10部；研究成果獲美國和中國授權(quán)專利近20項(xiàng)。
