主要業(yè)績

長期致力于雙金屬協(xié)同催化體系的開發(fā)并用于含兩個手性中心分子的立體發(fā)散性合成研究。迄今，共發(fā)表Science、J. Am. Chem. Soc.、Angew. Chem.和CCS Chem. 等40余篇。研究論文被中國科學(xué)報、Synfacts 、Organic Chemistry Portal 、J. Am. Chem. Soc.、Org. Process Res. Dev.和Chin. J. Org. Chem.等亮點介紹；并應(yīng)邀參與了2本英文專著（章）SOS Reference Library: Dual Catalysis in Organic Synthesis 等的編寫工作。先后獲得國家“萬人計劃”青年拔尖人才、國家自然科學(xué)獎二等獎（排名第3）、上海市自然科學(xué)獎一等獎（排名第3）、上海市青年五四獎?wù)拢▊€人）、上海市青年科技英才“揚帆計劃”、上海交通大學(xué)優(yōu)秀博士學(xué)位論文獎、上海交通大學(xué)首屆學(xué)術(shù)之星和美國化學(xué)會上海分會研究生學(xué)術(shù)成就獎等榮譽獎勵。
