藥物化學(xué)、表面合成化學(xué)

主要業(yè)績(jī)

主要研究方向是藥物化學(xué)和表面合成化學(xué),致力于:1)進(jìn)行腫瘤靶點(diǎn)相關(guān)的小分子藥物設(shè)計(jì)、合成與活性評(píng)價(jià),并基于所設(shè)計(jì)的新型有機(jī)熱釋電材料,開(kāi)發(fā)出腫瘤的熱釋電動(dòng)力/免疫協(xié)同療法;2)發(fā)展各種表面合成反應(yīng)的新策略和新方法,在單分子水平研究有機(jī)反應(yīng)機(jī)理,并進(jìn)一步實(shí)現(xiàn)低維有機(jī)納米材料的構(gòu)筑和性質(zhì)研究。截至2024/12,已發(fā)表SCI收錄論文120余篇,從2010年獨(dú)立建立課題組至今以通訊作者在Acc. Chem. Res.、 Nat. Commun.(3篇)、J. Am. Chem. Soc.(12篇)、Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.(6篇)、Adv. Mater.、Sci. Adv. 等中科院二區(qū)以上期刊發(fā)表SCI論文80余篇。已主持國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目8項(xiàng)和省部級(jí)項(xiàng)目8項(xiàng),參與國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金重大項(xiàng)目1項(xiàng)和創(chuàng)新研究群體項(xiàng)目1項(xiàng)。
