染料分子設(shè)計(jì)、功能強(qiáng)化及其產(chǎn)業(yè)應(yīng)用

染料是具有共軛大π結(jié)構(gòu)的有色分子體系。自1856年P(guān)erkin合成苯胺紫至今,染料工業(yè)經(jīng)歷了若干重要發(fā)展階段,已成為紡織、涂料、印刷等重要產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)。進(jìn)入新世紀(jì)以來(lái),隨著激光、電子、信息、生命等高新技術(shù)領(lǐng)域的發(fā)展,染料正向以數(shù)碼打印、發(fā)光顯示、生物標(biāo)記、光動(dòng)治療等為代表的新應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域拓展。傳統(tǒng)染料在光譜性能、穩(wěn)定性、功能性等方面難于滿(mǎn)足新領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用性能需求,使染料工業(yè)面臨新的機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn)。例如,在信息材料領(lǐng)域,需要發(fā)展能在強(qiáng)光、高溫、電驅(qū)動(dòng)等苛刻條件下長(zhǎng)期工作的新型功能染料;在生物醫(yī)學(xué)領(lǐng)域,急需發(fā)展既可克服生物環(huán)境信息干擾、對(duì)靶標(biāo)選擇性識(shí)別、又具有生物相容性的熒光探針。結(jié)構(gòu)決定性能,本報(bào)告將主要介紹我們從染料分子結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)出發(fā),通過(guò)染料分子激發(fā)態(tài)釋能調(diào)控的理論探索,研究功能強(qiáng)化的染料結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)律,形成具有自主知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)的染料新產(chǎn)品和新工藝,實(shí)現(xiàn)在噴墨打印、血細(xì)胞分析等新興領(lǐng)域產(chǎn)業(yè)化應(yīng)用的進(jìn)展。

New Functional Dyes: Molecular Design, Property Improvement and Applications

Functional dyes are much different from traditional dyes. Since Perkin's discovery of Mauveine (the first synthetic dye) in 1856, dye industry has experienced several important stages, and become the essential materials for textile, paint, printing and other important industries. Dye color has been a constant companion of mankind. With the rapid development of high-tech such as photo-electronics, information materials, and life science, dyestuff industry faces new challenges for new application functions. For example, information materials need new dyes with excellent fastness under harsh conditions of intense light, high temperature or electric driving; and biomedical application requires fluorescence probes can recognize bio-markers from complicated biological environments. As chemical structure determines the property of dye, this talk will mainly introduce the recent progress of these functional dyes in my group, especially in dye molecular structure design, energy relaxation of excited states, property improvements, and industrial applications in digital ink-jet printing and hemocyte analysis.

彭孝軍

彭孝軍,大連理工大學(xué)教授、國(guó)家杰出青年基金獲得者、教育部“長(zhǎng)江學(xué)者”特聘教授,F(xiàn)任精細(xì)化工國(guó)家重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室主任、國(guó)務(wù)院學(xué)科評(píng)議組(化工學(xué)科)成員。在大連理工大學(xué)精細(xì)化工專(zhuān)業(yè)獲學(xué)士、碩士、博士學(xué)位,南開(kāi)大學(xué)博士后研究、瑞典斯德哥爾摩大學(xué)和美國(guó)西北大學(xué)短期訪問(wèn)學(xué)者。主要從事染料精細(xì)化工、熒光識(shí)別探針等研究。噴墨染料、熒光識(shí)別染料分別在數(shù)碼彩色噴墨打印、血液細(xì)胞分析系統(tǒng)中獲得產(chǎn)業(yè)化應(yīng)用。2006年“大幅面數(shù)碼噴墨染料及其應(yīng)用”獲國(guó)家技術(shù)發(fā)明二等獎(jiǎng),2013年“熒光染料的識(shí)別與響應(yīng)調(diào)控的理論與應(yīng)用基礎(chǔ)研究”獲國(guó)家自然科學(xué)二等獎(jiǎng),2015年入選Thomson Reuters全球“高被引科學(xué)家”。
